What Does ASSESS Measure?
The ASSESS Personality Survey contains a core
of standard questions which measure characteristics
related to effective job performance. This personality
assessment is supplemented with one or more intellectual
abilities tests based on the position for which
a candidate is being evaluated.
STANDARD REPORTS
Screening Report
This report gives a quick overview of the candidate's
strengths and weaknesses. The Screening Report
is appropriate for use early in the selection
process, preferably before the interview. This
report is recommended as one of the methods to
"narrow down" the candidate pool from
multiple individuals to a few. This report contains
the following:

o List of key strengths and potential weaknesses
Selection Report
The Selection Report provides an in-depth evaluation
of a candidate's assets and liabilities to determine
job fit, performance potential and management
needs. This report is suitable for any stage of
the selection process and contains the following:

o In-depth report of findings
o Interview suggestions
o Reference questions
o Management suggestions
Developmental Report
The Development Report is written in a developmental
tone so that the report can be given to the individual
assessed and provides constructive, objective
feedback of assessment results. In addition to
a detailed description of important personality
traits and intellectual abilities, if measured,
this report provides interactive worksheets and
developmental suggestions. It is designed like
a workbook requiring the individual's participation
in development activities.
The Report contains:

INTELLECTUAL ABILITIES TESTING
This system offers the ability to test up to 7
different intellectual abilities. Depending upon
the requirements of the position, a candidate
may be given any combination of these abilities
tests.

report allows you to measure a candidate against
