Use ASSESS to assist in the selection of outside candidates and for the promotion, placement, or development of internal managers, supervisors and professionals. ASSESS is a state-of-the-art, computer driven expert system that produces full
psychological evaluations from any Internet connection for use in the business environment. These tests measure many of the characteristics related to effective performance.

What Does ASSESS Measure?
The ASSESS Personality Survey contains a core of standard questions which measure characteristics related to effective job performance. This personality assessment is supplemented with one or more intellectual abilities tests based on the position for which a candidate is being evaluated.

STANDARD REPORTS

Screening Report
This report gives a quick overview of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses. The Screening Report is appropriate for use early in the selection process, preferably before the interview. This report is recommended as one of the methods to "narrow down" the candidate pool from multiple individuals to a few. This report contains the following:

o List of key strengths and potential weaknesses

Selection Report
The Selection Report provides an in-depth evaluation of a candidate's assets and liabilities to determine job fit, performance potential and management needs. This report is suitable for any stage of the selection process and contains the following:
o Graphic profile
o List of key strengths and potential weaknesses
o In-depth report of findings
o Interview suggestions
o Reference questions
o Management suggestions

Developmental Report
The Development Report is written in a developmental tone so that the report can be given to the individual assessed and provides constructive, objective feedback of assessment results. In addition to a detailed description of important personality traits and intellectual abilities, if measured, this report provides interactive worksheets and developmental suggestions. It is designed like a workbook requiring the individual's participation in development activities.

The Report contains:

o In-depth report of findings
o Individual's strengths and areas in need of development base on test results
o Developmental Suggestions including books, tapes and seminars.

INTELLECTUAL ABILITIES TESTING
This system offers the ability to test up to 7 different intellectual abilities. Depending upon the requirements of the position, a candidate may be given any combination of these abilities tests.

COMPETENCY REPORTS

Competency Selection Report Testing for Management Competencies .
