PERFORMANCE CONSULTING
PERFORMANCE CONSULTING focuses on four levels of
organizational needs that always exist in an organization.
As a Performance Consultant, I will work with you to define
and align these needs. The figure below displays these four
levels of needs as a hierarchy.
The PERFORMANCE CONSULTING
PROCESS results in the identification and
implementation of actions required to enhance skill and
modify the work environment. When these actions are successful,
performance is enhanced and business goals are achieved.
The challenge, however, is that enhancing workplace performance
generally requires multiple solutions.
So, how can we work with managers to
identify all actions required to improve performance? PERFORMANCE
CONSULTING is a proven process and provides
a systemic approach to achieving this goal. The overarching
purpose of performance consulting is to enhance
workplace performance in support of business
goals. It is not biased toward providing a specific solution
— but is focused on systemic, sustainable performance
improvement.
